• If you can travel to Paris, we organise a meeting for you and the seller as soon as we have found the perfect property for you.

 

• We gather all the relevant legal documentation  ("loi Carrez" which is a legal measure of the size of the property, utilities bill, building management’s information…) to assist you in your final decision.

 

• We help you through the negociation part, and we solve any concerns you may have about legal & financial matters.

 

• If you cannot be present for the signature of the preliminary sales agreement ("Promesse de vente") and on the closing day, a power of attorney must be prepared so we can act on your behalf.
